The Access Bank UK Ltd Attends City Giving Day 2026 Launch

Julie Soyinka-Sonuga, Head of Commercial Banking at The Access Bank UK Ltd, attended a breakfast at Mansion House on Wednesday 18 March to mark the official launch of City Giving Day 2026.

Hosted by the Lady Mayor, Alderwoman Dame Susan Langley DBE, and The Lord Mayor’s Appeal team, the event brought together City leaders to share the Appeal’s renewed strategy – championing a “City that cares” by breaking down barriers, unlocking potential, and creating career opportunities through skills-based training.

With a goal to raise over £4 million and support more than 15,000 Londoners over the next three years, City Giving Day is central to this ambition. Now evolving into a year-round programme, it will combine its annual September celebration with webinars and in-person events to drive collaboration and social impact.

Our attendance reflects the Bank’s continued commitment to driving positive social impact and supporting initiatives that empower communities across London. As City Giving Day 2026 begins its journey, The Access Bank UK Ltd looks forward to exploring opportunities to contribute meaningfully to this important initiative and its long-term impact.
