In May 2024, The Access Bank UK Ltd celebrated Mental Health Awareness Week with an engaging treasure hunt that brought teams together for a fun, collaborative experience. Employees from all departments worked side by side, solving puzzles and uncovering hidden items, while promoting mental well-being and teamwork.

UK National Inclusion Week – Bring & Share Day
We embraced cultural diversity, and unity in the workplace through a vibrant celebration. The staff came together to share their cultural heritage by bringing traditional dishes to the office and wearing national attire, fostering a sense of inclusion and belonging. The event was a feast of flavours, with employees contributing homemade specialties representing their diverse backgrounds.
