We offer Large Print versions of our banking literature to assist customers who prefer or require larger text for ease of reading. If you would like to request Large Print materials, please do not hesitate to contact us by calling 0333 222 4516 in the UK, or +44 1606 813020 outside of the UK. Alternatively, please send an email to customerservice@theaccessbankukltd.co.uk. Our team is here to ensure you have the resources you need to bank confidently and comfortably.
Currently, we offer an audio version of our Terms and Conditions to support those who prefer or require auditory formats. We recognise the importance of providing a wider range of accessible resources and are actively working on expanding our library of audio banking literature.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REMOVING IMAGES
Internet Explorer 8.x and above Open the Tools menu, select Internet Options, and select Advanced at the top of the page. Under Accessibility select, Always expand ALT text for images. Scroll down to the Multimedia section, and deselect Show pictures. Mozilla Firefox Open the Tools menu, select options. In the left side vertical menu select the Web Features tab. Then in the central panel untick the Load Images tick box. Google Chrome Open the Chrome menu, select Preferences then scroll to the bottom of the page to show Advanced Settings. Then under ‘Add additional accessibility features’ select from the desired extensions.
