Important changes to our Personal Account and Business Account Terms and Conditions

Posted on: Friday, October 30, 2009

A new law called the Payment Services Directive 2009, comes into effect from 1 November 2009.  The aim of the Law is to afford greater protection to customers using payment services and to ensure that terms and conditions are explained clearly.  We have taken this opportunity to review our own terms and conditions and have made some changes.  The main changes are detailed below.

I trust you will find the summary self explanatory, however, should you require further information or wish to discuss the content of this letter please contact either your Relationship Manager or our Relationship support team on 0845 293 5535. Copies of the new Terms and Conditions are available to download from our website.
