Mr Tim Wade

Independent Non-Executive Director

Tim Wade is a qualified lawyer with a background in retail banking with a bias towards the bancassurance model and exposure to corporate banking.  Tim is also a Non Executive Director of Macquarie Bank International.  Tim’s career began in Australia with Colonial and AMP Limited.  He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia.  He moved to London with AMP, and was the UK Managing Director of AMP International. He is Chief Executive of an internet start-up company, Finance Pronto Limited, which gives advice on electronic platforms for the sector.  Mr Wade is Chairman of the Credit and Remuneration committees of The Access Bank UK Limited.
