Aig was appointed Managing Director/CEO of Access Bank Plc in March 2002. He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School Executive Management Programme. Aig also holds LLB and BL degrees from the University of Benin and the Nigeria Law School.  He has enjoyed a distinguished banking career of over 20 years; with 10 years spent at Guaranty Trust Bank Plc. Aig is a respected international speaker and amongst many others he is a member of the Nigerian Presidential Committees on both Housing Reform and The Capital Market.  He is an Honorary member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and serves as a member of the National Executive Council of the Institute.  He is also the Chairman of the Friends of the Global Fund Africa, an international NGO dedicated to the eradication of HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria.
